Reliable data. Testable questions.
Research before prediction is a practical commitment to careful observation.
Questions worth investigating
How do changes in colony mass relate to entrance activity? How do brood development and food reserves vary alongside environmental conditions? How can beekeeper observations help interpret these patterns? These are research questions, not validated capabilities.
A longitudinal approach
Our aim is to connect repeated observations of the same colonies over time. Structured data, consistent acquisition and documented interventions will help place individual measurements in context.
Research apiaries
We intend to develop instrumented apiaries for comparable data collection across different environments and climatic conditions. Sites, protocols and research collaborations will be described as they are confirmed.
Methods before claims
We do not present predictive colony models as established results. Our immediate focus is the instrumentation and research infrastructure needed to investigate them.
